Description

We are hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for international technology companies.

This role requires someone who can independently handle hiring pipelines, source top technical talent, and coordinate with hiring managers across multiple roles and time zones.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with minimal supervision.

Important: Candidates must be based in Pakistan, with Lahore-based professionals strongly preferred

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT roles
  • Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain recruitment records in ATS/tools
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
  • Proven experience hiring for IT and Software Engineering roles
  • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Familiar with international hiring processes

Skills

  • Strong sourcing and LinkedIn headhunting expertise
  • Ability to screen and evaluate technical profiles effectively
  • Good understanding of tech roles and end-to-end hiring process
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Strong communication skills

Soft Skills

  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, DevOps, QA, or Cloud hiring
  • Exposure to international / European clients
  • Background in startup or recruitment agency environment
  • Based in Lahore (preferred)
