Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has worked in Agile/Scrum environments, contributed to multiple software projects, and possesses a strong understanding of quality assurance processes within fast-paced software development teams.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to independently ensure software quality across various applications and platforms.
- Perform end-to-end manual testing for web and mobile applications
- Execute functional, regression, usability, and cross-platform testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies with clear reporting
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and design teams
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
- Ensure software quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and QA documentation
- Validate application functionality, UI/UX consistency, and performance
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously within dynamic software environments
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing workflows
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of full-time post-graduate experience in software quality assurance
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications
- Experience testing ERP systems is highly preferred
- Background in software houses handling multiple client projects
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Excellent communication skills in professional English
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Background
- Experience working with international clients or projects (US/EU markets)
- Previous experience in an international software company
- Experience leading or mentoring QA teams is a strong plus
- Candidates with O Levels / A Levels educational background will be preferred
