We’re looking for a Senior fullstack React Developer (Mern) to join us and work with an international tech company building complex software solutions for niche markets.

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and complex web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Lead the development lifecycle from concept through deployment, ensuring that best practices are followed for code quality and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, designers, and other developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and enhance user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and architectural decisions to support future maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
- Extensive knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js.
- Experience with backend technologies and frameworks, particularly Express.js and Node.js, and proficiency in database management with MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable applications.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines without micromanagement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
